Saturday 20th July, sees the First Ever Valley Green Belt Family Hoedown at Stanton Drew Village Hall, from 5pm. Straight after the Flower Show. Tickets are £10, includes hotdog/burger. There will be a cash bar. Please phone or email to reserve tickets.

Friday 17th May, our Curry and Quiz night at Stanton Drew Village Hall, 7.30pm. IS SOLD OUT. Tickets are £12.50, there will be a cash bar, entry to the quiz will be an extra £1 per team/individual. £50 cash prize for the winner! Please email to reserve tickets.

Friday 7th December and Saturday 8th December. Our 2 cabaret evenings were highly successful.
Famous funnyman Jimmy Cricket teamed up with his wife May Marion and a dynamic duo called Musicians in Black at Pensford Memorial Hall.
Jimmy said: “The shows were excellently put together by the two organisers, Jennie Jones and Tracey Lewis. Both shows were full and the atmosphere was superb on both nights!”
Jimmy added: “A big acknowledgement to the B&B in Pensford called The Hollies, where I stayed over on the Friday night. The proprietor of this B&B was called Guilly Jones and the hospitality she provided to May and me was first class!”

Calling all SWAG bags!!
Our clothes bag mountain will soon be collected. If you have any SWAG bags, please can you ensure that they are dropped off by Sunday 30th September.
Even if you have a part filled bag please do drop it off – every little helps!!
We will stop collecting clothes from 1st October.

In another epic fundraising event SWAG is going racing on Saturday 29 September and you can join in the fun – please!
With the kind assistance of Gaming International and Pat Filer we have arranged a Night at the Races at Swindon Greyhounds.
You can help our fundraising in three ways;
- You can sponsor a race for £100 and receive in return;
- You can sponsor a greyhound for £10 and receive in return
- You can join us and buy a combined travel, racing and food ticket for £20.00 and you will receive;
Coaches will leave Filers Yard at 17.30pm, we will have pick ups in Stanton Drew and Pensford. We will arrive back at around midnight
There are 12 Races and 72 Greyhounds to sponsor so please help by sponsoring and maybe suggesting to a friend.

Our sell out Cabaret evenings were a roaring success! Both evenings were completely sold out. Thank you to everyone involved and to everyone who came. The evenings were so successful they raised £3400 for our fund.
Don’t forget that there is another cabaret evening booked for December – we expect even greater demand for these tickets so remember to get them early to avoid disappointment!
